Our Story
Carlos and Dania are both passionate worshippers who love God’s presence and feel called to help others become aware of God’s presence.
Carlos Ramirez
Carlos is a worshipper, leader, and Production and Media Technician. He holds a B.S. in Music and Worship from Toccoa Falls College and a master's degree in Ministry Leadership from Crown College. Carlos is ordained with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Carlos is passionate about leading worship enthusiastically and has a gifting for breaking down complex music and technology concepts, helping team members easily understand and engage with what they’re doing. He specializes in worship ministry production and media, creating a holistic worship atmosphere and simplifying the overall experience.
Dania Ramirez
Dania is a worshipper, shepherd, and music leader. She holds a B.S. in Music and Worship from Toccoa Falls College and a master's degree in Ministry Leadership from Crown College. Dania is ordained with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Dania passionately shepherds people to worship, encounter, and receive from God's presence. She loves integrating Lectio Divina practices into worship, helping others receive God's Word in a profound and impactful way. She additionally specializes in teaching proper vocal techniques and music theory on keys to help musicians grow and develop.
Our Story
Both Carlos and I were individually called to worship ministry as teenagers before we met each other. We then both prayed for a ministry partner, especially in the area of worship. We met at Toccoa Falls College in 2014 while studying music and worship ministry together. About a year later, we started dating, and then got married in 2016. We have always cherished working together in ministry and have loved now offering worship services to meet the needs of local churches, retreats and conferences.
We are both deeply committed to and love the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) and value serving in our local C&MA church. We both serve on staff at our local C&MA church and have a passion for shepherding and supporting our teams & the church body.
Though we highly value and love music, we deeply believe that God’s Presence is primary. We believe that music is simply a means to an end, with our primary focus always being on pursuing and cherishing God's presence, since we know only His presence can lead to true transformation.
Offering worship services to churches, retreats, and conferences has been a long-time dream for us. While this desire has always been in our hearts, we were waiting on the green light from the Lord which we believe we have now received. After praying over various options for a band name, we ultimately chose “Carlos & Dania Worship”—using our own names not to build something for our own glory, but to reflect our commitment to a highly relational approach. We want to stay connected with others and value knowing people on a personal level by their names.
We deeply cherish God's presence, His voice, and His gentle, loving guidance in our own lives, and are overjoyed in offering Carlos & Dania Worship.
